The fine print.
Please read all policies before booking. These guidelines keep appointments smooth, on time, and fair for every client.
Deposits+
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm every appointment. The deposit is applied to your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling+
Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit transfers. Less than 48 hours forfeits the deposit.
Late Arrivals+
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $10 late fee applies. After 25 minutes your appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
No Call / No Show+
Missing your appointment without notice forfeits your deposit and may require pre-payment for future bookings.
Extra Guests+
To keep the studio calm, please come solo unless approved in advance.
Nail Repairs+
Free repair within 5 days of your appointment for one broken or lifted nail. After 5 days a $5 per nail repair fee applies.
Soak-Offs & Foreign Fills+
Foreign fills are accepted case-by-case and may incur an additional fee. Soak-off plus new set is always recommended for the cleanest result.
Payment Methods+
Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and Apple Pay are accepted. Tips are appreciated but never required.
Health & Safety+
All tools are sanitized and disinfected between every client. Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell.
